You can use that information to create an optimized Ad that only targets a specific country the local language.

Steps

  1. Go into the performance view
  2. Filter on Campaign, Ad Group/Set, or Ad level.
  3. Change the dimension to Shipping Country
  4. Add the Metric Quantity
  5. Sort by Quantity or Orders
