What you will learn in this article:
- When was my data last time updated
- How often do the underlying datasources (Meta, Google etc..) pull data
- How often gets the data refreshed during a day
1. When was my data last pulled?
-
Go to Settings > Edit under Data Integrations to see the exact timestamp when data was last pulled from the source.
In the screenshot you can see, that your data from Shopify was pulled at 07:35 and the data from Snapchat was pulled at 11:40.
To seen, when your data was processed and visualized by Admetrics, open the sidebar on the left. You can now see, that Admetrics visualized the data from all the different sources at 12:12.
The timestamp in the sidebar shows the latest visualization update, which is typically more recent than the integration pull time.
2. How often does my data get updated?
Depending on your current plan, your data will be updated in regular intervals. These intervals are 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 12h or 24h.
- If you subscribed to a plan that enabled 2h data refresh intervals, data from your enabled integrations will be updated every 2 hours. The recency of the data refreshed is usually under 30 minutes, which means data that is refreshed at 14:00 will be visible 14:30 in the dashboard.
- Regardless of your plan, Google has its own update frequency. We are actively collaborating with Google to solve their limitations.
- If you're unsure about your plan, please contact support at [email protected]
