Transaction fees are charges that occur during transactions, such as bank fees, payment processing fees, and currency conversion fees.

How to set up your transaction fees

1. Click on Settings > “Edit” under Transaction fees or here.

   

2. You can set transaction fees for different payment gateways, such as Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal, and Shopify installments. Your payment gateways are integrated automatically when you have set up your DataStudio.

   For each Payment Gateway, specify the basic fee and the variable fee, which is the percentage of the transaction amount.

   

3. Click on “Save” to save your changes.

   

By keeping track of your transaction fees, you can identify areas where you can reduce costs and optimize your payment process.
