What you will learn in this article:
- How to load a preset.
- How to save a preset.
- How to edit an existing preset.
1. How can I load a preset?
You can save dashboard and performance views as presets. A preset includes your widgets and all the settings of your performance report, such as the selected attribution model, time frame, filters, and sorting. Presets can be visible only to you or also to your teammates.
We have also added some global presets that you may find useful.
To load an existing preset:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
- Select “Load Preset” from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the preset you want to load from the list and click “Open”.

2. How can I save a preset?
To save your current view as a preset:
-
Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
-
Select “Save as new preset”.
-
Enter a preset name and choose the visibility:
- Team: The preset will be visible and usable by your team members.
- Private: The preset will only be visible to you.
You can also choose between:
- Static time frame: This will keep the preset fixed on the exact time frame selected when saving.
- Relative time frame: This will dynamically update the time frame each time the preset is loaded (e.g., it will always show last week’s data if set to a relative time frame).
-
Click on “Submit” to save your changes.
3. How can I edit a preset?
You can also edit your current preset. To do so, click again on the three dots on the upper right corner and choose “Update current preset”. Then this pop up will appear and you can change the settings of a preset.
To edit an existing preset:
- Click on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.
